Already have a domain? Transfer it to us
The default. If your visitors guess an extension, they guess this one.
A solid alternative when the .com has gone, and long trusted.
For charities, communities and anything not chasing a profit.
Built for developers, and browsers enforce HTTPS on it.
The startup and side-project favourite, short and recognisable.
A short stand-in for company, and for the .com you missed.
Cheap to start and unrestricted, so almost anything is still free.
For anything you ship as an app. HTTPS enforced, same as .dev.
Prevent unauthorized transfers of your domain names, & retain control to unlock domains if you so please.
If you forget to renew your domain, you could lose it (gasp!). That's why we set up auto renew, so you don't gotta worry.
If you'd like, automatically forward any of your domain's email addresses to any other valid email address.
For a small fee, you can protect your personal information from being publicly available on the WHOIS database.
Route your DNS to us, another host, dedicated IPs, the moon, wherever you'd like (minus the moon part).
Our control panel is designed for ease of use. Manage your online awesomeness from one single dashboard.
We integrate seamlessly with WordPress, WebsiteBuilder, and SiteLock, to name a few. We'll help you get online with ease.
Registered to you as the legal registrant, not held in our name on your behalf. You can transfer it away whenever you like once the registry lock period ends.
Your personal details are kept out of public WHOIS for every extension whose registry permits redaction, which is now most of them. Where a country extension requires public details, we tell you before you buy.
Registries set their own renewal prices and some are far higher than the first year. Every domain shows the renewal price next to the first-year price, because that is the one that surprises people.
Full record editing included, whether the domain is with us or registered elsewhere and just pointed here.
Certificates are issued automatically and renew on their own. There is no SSL upsell here and there never will be.
Bring a domain over and the remaining time is added to what you buy, so a transfer never costs you the months you already paid for.
One team, around the clock, by ticket or the chat window in the corner. If something is our fault we say so, and if a thing is a bad idea we say that too.
Registrations and renewals cannot be refunded once placed, because the registry charges us the moment you order. Better you read that here than discover it later.
Registering, renewing and moving.
New here? Start with these.
What we hold and how.
For developers and agencies.
Because registries discount the first year on many extensions and then charge their full rate afterwards. We show both prices on every domain rather than only the one that looks good. On .com and .net the two are the same.
Yes. Unlock it at your current registrar, get the EPP or auth code, and start the transfer from your cart. A transfer normally adds a year to the registration.
Yes. It is registered in your name with you as the registrant, not ours. You can move it away whenever you like once it is out of the registry lock period that follows registration or transfer.
Personal contact details are not published for extensions where the registry permits redaction, which now covers most of them. Some country extensions require public details by policy and we will tell you before you buy.
Shared hosting and game servers are set up automatically, usually within a couple of minutes of payment clearing. VPS builds normally complete in under ten minutes. Dedicated servers are provisioned by hand and we will give you a firm time when you order.
Monthly is the default and it is fine. Quarterly, six monthly and yearly terms are also available on hosting, and the longer you commit the less you pay per month. The exact saving is shown against each term when you order, because it is worked out from that the yearly discount on that particular plan rather than a flat site-wide number.
Nothing is locked in. You can cancel at the end of any term, and domains are the one exception to the choice: registries price them per year, so they are sold yearly only.
No. Hosting renews at the same price you signed up at. We do not run an introductory rate that jumps later. Domains are the one exception, because registries set their own renewal prices and some are much higher than the first year. Every domain shows both prices before you buy.
Nothing immediately. Your card is retried automatically, and the service keeps running for three days. If it is still unpaid after that the service is suspended, not deleted, and your data stays put. Pay the invoice and it comes straight back.
It does not stay suspended forever. A service that is still suspended and unpaid 14 days later may be terminated and its data deleted, because we are still paying for the machine it sits on. We email you before that happens, and once the data is gone we cannot get it back. If you are in difficulty, open a ticket before the deadline rather than after it, and we will work something out.
Yes, on your first order of a hosting plan, and the window matches the term you chose: 7 days monthly, 14 days quarterly, 21 days on six monthly and 30 days yearly. A refund window as long as the term would just be a free term, and we pay for the machine either way.
Domain registrations are never included, because the registry fee is spent the moment the name is registered and cannot be recovered by us.
Yes. Shared hosting is standard cPanel, so a cPanel backup from your current host restores directly. If you are coming from something else, open a ticket and we will tell you honestly whether it is straightforward before you commit.
No. Payments run through Stripe and your card details go to them directly. We store an identifier so we can bill the correct card and nothing more, so we could not read your card number if we wanted to.
Included free on every hosting plan, issued and renewed automatically. We do not sell certificates separately.
Account passwords are hashed, so nobody here can read them. Server and panel credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted on the one path that displays them to you.
Only what you grant. A manager can run your services and place orders but can never see or use your payment details, and you can remove their access at any time from your account settings. Billing stays with you.
20% of the gross margin on every invoice your client pays, for as long as they stay. Margin means what is left after our server cost and card fees, so it is a share of profit rather than of the sale price. Domains are excluded because the margin on them is pennies.
90 days. Once a client signs up, the credit is attached to their account permanently, so renewals keep earning whatever happens to the cookie afterwards.
Commission clears 30 days after your client pays, which covers the refund window, and then you can request it. There is no minimum. Payment by PayPal, bank transfer, Remitly, crypto, or as credit against your own invoices.
Yes. You can create client accounts, place orders, restart their servers and open their control panel from your own tooling, and receive signed webhooks when a client pays. The reference is at /api/docs.
